We are seeking a Long-Term Planner based in Brisbane to support the delivery of effective, achievable maintenance plans across our QLD sites. This role is critical in ensuring major maintenance planning is achieved proactively, efficiently, and in line with the Emeco Maintenance Strategy. About the RoleWorking within a rolling 6 month to 12-week planning horizon, you will:Develop long- and medium-term maintenance plans for major component events and return to work assets.Balance labour availability, component supply, asset condition, and budget constraintsWork with both internal and external teams to monitor and provide completed component reportsMaintain the Long-Term Plan with clear documentation, while working with approved plans to Short-Term planning for executionFacilitate and chair planning meetings and coordinate with regional, reliability, shutdown, and procurement teamsWorking with internal and external stakeholders you will have an ability to source, procure and achieve targets within planned maintenance timeframes About YouExperience maintaining heavy mobile earthmoving equipment (CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu preferred)Proven background in maintenance planning and scheduling highly desiredStrong organisational skillsUse initiative and strategic thinking to navigate constraints and consistently meet deadlines and targetsConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsProficient in CMMS (AMT preferred but not essential) systems and Microsoft Office Why Join Us?This is a great opportunity for a driven planner who enjoys a fast-paced, operationally focused environment and wants to play a key role in improving asset availability and maintenance performance. Ready to Level Up Your Career?
